It worked so I will expand on info etc.
Found the Avon Alvis on eBay and it looks do-able with a little scale modification here and there, at least it is long enough for my legs. To date I've constructed three Reverse trikes that are all on the road, powered by 2CV and Moto Guzzi engines, also restored a Bond Bug, all trikes are 95% complete with only 65% to do...ie work in progress.
I am based in south Scotland and would like any info regards runs and circuits that are in the north as it's a long way down to the current venues, also any road events as it is possible to achieve road legal to expand our adventures.
Looking forward to comment etc as build commences and hopefully I'll master the photographs.

Have a look at Geoff's Wolseley Hornet build (http://www.cyclekartsgb.com/build-journals/wolseley-hornet-cyclekart/) for info about going road legal.  The National Microcar event might also be of interest (Steve/Geoff can add more)

There's enough people building in Scotland now for a Scottish event I'd imagine.
