Friend of mine in NZ wanted pics, so here is what I have taken today, partway through minimising the size so I have more room to do stuff on other projects in the garage.

Looks good Rhys. What sort of glue did you use on the steering wheel to bond the ply to the aluminium. I used epoxy but it was just what I had lying around so no idea if it will hold or not.

Composites was my industry for several years, so I followed what we always did, sand through the oxide layer, clean with acetne, when dry wet sand with grey paper and epoxy as the wet layer. It's horrible to do but it worked in the past. Always West system.
