Can i reserve the Number One.
As it features on several pics of the Austin Seven Twin Cam Racer (my next inspiration kart, got some parts already)  of which i have borrowed /made up the tail section for my current Sir Malcolm Campbell Austin Seven special .
Plus the Campbell car didn't have a number as built for Class H Land speed record 94 MPH.

Love those 1930's GP racer back ends ....beautiful.

Could I please reserve 25 for the 1924 Renault NN, it's the birth date of the little girl in the back of the car.

Stefan, you may as well release 5 as it's now dismantled, and 42 as it has disappeared.

If you've joined the forum recently and are in the process of building, you might like to register your cyclekart number in this thread.

At some stage we might introduce a chassis number register.   But for now, its racing numbers and the stories behind them.   Have a look at the first post in this topic and you'll see the format needed.   To register just reply here and I'll add you.   Thanks

StefanN,

In response to your posting, and having commenced "the build", could I please bag number 44 for my Panhard & Levassor 35C (1926) creation.
As for the background for/to the number ( 44 ) it's a bit mundane really, in that this is the number to the house from my childhood years as every other property we have lived in since then has always been name, "such and such cottage etc".

For the record my full name is Charles Scott a.k.a.(Charlie)//Scotty

Thanks in anticipation,

Scotty

No 15 requested is match my chosen inspiration car - the Aston Martin 'Coal scuttle' as it was nicknamed and the 1st Aston Martin to race at Brooklands - and had some success at Strasbourg. It later became known as 'Green Pea'
