You will be pleased to know that the Leicestershire covid19 lockdown map published this morning shows that Stretton circuit falls outside of the restrictions. I've escaped too, my garden fence falls on the boundary !!

For those of us visiting Stretton Circuit on 15th, we need to have a pre-meeting to discuss safety arrangements for the day.   The circumstances for this meet are clearly different to normal and so we need to agree some stuff ahead of time.

I've set up a Zoom call for Weds 8th at 7pm.   If anyone has any difficulty accessing Zoom, please do let me know as soon as possible and I'll see if I can help.

Topic: Stretton pre-meet discussion
Time: Jul 8, 2020 07:00 PM London

Stretton require those attending to agree the attached indemnification.  You should receive a WhatsApp message which you will need to acknowledge.

Sadly I won’t be there folks. I’m still very tired a lot of days which is normal for the op I had. I just think the drive there and back would ware me out. Hopefully I’ll join you later in the year

Iwon't be able to attend, in various ways life has got in the way of progress on the Morgan. Hopefully things will be sorted in time for the next meeting.

All attendees should now have received a 'Covid19 Statement and Indemnification Acknowledgement' from the Circuit via Whatsap. You should acknowledge with an emoji direct to the circuit via Whatsap as requested.

You should not arrive before 9.00 am. We plan to hold a Pre-Event Safety-Briefing at 10.00 or soon after. Can you please print and bring a copy of the Agenda (all documents posted by Stefan in this thread). I will collect and hold the acknowledgements.

Please also bring with you the 'ICE' form completed with relevant contact and medical details in a sealed envelope with your name only on the outside. Stefan will collect and hold these during the day and will hand back before you leave.

The latest weather report indicates a risk of 'summer showers', so bear this in mind as the Circuit reception and clubhouse will be closed. Of course, we anticipate a safe and fun day whatever.

To reinforce. There currently are no spectators allowed at Stretton Circuit due to Covid19 restrictions.
