Thank you to those persons who joined the Zoom meeting last Sunday, we were able to discuss the issues relating to meeting-up safely again.
I have booked 15th July at Stretton for potentially 5/6 of us (this is flexible if others decide to join and I know in good time). As previously stated, Stretton Circuit is operating under restricted-capacity safety conditions, including social-distancing in the pit area and car park; the clubhouse is not open, toilets are. One kart/max two persons per booking.
This should be £40 per kart plus £5 per additional driver.... however I have agreed that we can have the track potentially uninterrupted all day for £35 each booking. This therefore should be a good opportunity to meet up again safely.
I will obtain a copy of the circuit guidelines for operating under Covid-19 Rules. In addition I suggest that we review our own safety policy before we meet; I will make a separate post in connection.
I need to forward names and contact numbers to Ruth at the circuit as soon as possible and phone-payment needs to be made beforehand by individuals to Ruth 0116 259 2900.

Hi Chris. No sorry. The toilets are the only facility open. And of course no lunch at the flying club this time.

I have booked in the five karts above plus Adrian. (Six total)
You can now pay £35 by contacting Ruth on 0116 259 2900.
Social distancing measures are currently being revised due to the government's recent relaxation; we will receive a copy of the rules from the circuit in due course. Although we will not have exclusive use of the circuit, I'm told we will have plenty of track time throughout the day. The circuit will be open from 9.00 am.
As previously stated, if anybody else wishes to bring a vehicle just let me know. Cheers.

That's looks great Andy. Please send your name and contact number to me so that I can pre-register you at the circuit along with the rest of us. If you are intending to bring and run more than one kart please also confirm; the circuit will still be planning distancing in the paddock.

Hi Graham.
I definitely will be there. I'll pay tonight to prove it!
The Renault is sat sitting there just begging to be let loose!
