2 x New CycleKarts for Sale
« on: 01 June 2020, 06:43:53 pm »
**Just an update to this post** - July 2021 I have 2 full Cyclekarts left, 2 x chassis and various parts for these machines. Plus loads of 17 2.50 tyres.

thanks Andy

Now Government restrictions are lifting slightly with Covid and after talking with a few guys on here about my hoard!! I have decided to sell 4 of the complete Cyclekarts that I own as I simply have loads on my plate right now and I could do with recouping some funds for developing my own Karts with the chassis and parts I have left over. I have two sons so I want us all to enjoy these fun machines and build new machines together - plus as much as I like them I don't need 10!! and I don't want to just store them I want people to have fun and grow this community a little more. They have good quality, solid parts, comet TC's, original Honda GX200 6.5HP engines (not run yet) and are generally well put together bits of kits that were sold for a lot more when the original company was trading.

I am offering them for sale at £1500.00 each as they are now to CKGB members.

The cost of quality bits alone soon mounts up, But as I do more work on them I will be putting them on eBay for more (a few different bits, style changes, fees etc etc) in case you see them. I know that these are not built to some people's taste or design specification, but after driving them and tweaking the set ups slightly (thanks Jim) they are a blast and if someone wants to get a serious head start for a project, not able or have the room to build the chassis then they can be up and running in a matter of hours and so i hope these could be worthy of serious consideration to someone new to the scene or someone who wants to have another. I know that the time and money I have put into my own personal kart far exceeds this. I also think that if someone wants to take this and then remake the body to be more in-tune with their ideal car of the 30's, 40's or whatever, then again what a great place to start. I also have bump bars for these which will come with each car as they were designated for the track but reason to pop some knobbly tyres on and venture off road!!!

I have lots of pictures, here are some below of one of them, please message me for serious enquiries and further information.

Thanks for looking - viewing available in Northampton

I think this is a great start for those who don't want to, or can't make their own beginnings, and price is fair IMHO.

Hi Andy,
I’m told you may still have a chassis and some parts still for sale?

Hi Andy - i'm considering a build and would like to buy some parts rather than start from scratch. I'm in Bury St Edmunds so could pop up and see you? Duncan

Andy, can I have four tyres off you please? As smooth a tread and as soft as possible.
