Hello and thanks for accepting me into this forum. Crazy times we are all facing but lets all help each other out and hope for the best.

I have actually known about Cycle Karts for some time now and I am excited to say that I have just acquired a number of cycle karts and frames etc from a friend who was hoping to start making kits and finished karts for the UK market. I currently am not 100% what direction to take this in as it is actually quite a daunting project almost a mini business to be honest. I live in Northamptonshire and I have also spoken to Whilton mill about Cycle Karts in the past and if there was any interest in doing a mini series or something to which they liked the idea. I currently have 9 identical karts and lots of parts brand new engines and wheels/tyres of which I am still going through. Obviously with the lockdown my progress will be somewhat halted. If anyone is interested about taking on one of these karts or has ideas on a mini series or something please pm me.

cheers

jim

Hi Andy, I like the idea of a mini series. Could be a great laugh. Good luck with the sale of your karts.

Welcome Andy,

I'm curious, did your karts come from the company that was formerly CycleKart UK?

Chris.

Hi Andy and indeed welcome. I have previously bought items from the defunct Cyclekart UK and am willing to share my experience if you wish.

I love the idea of a mini series of cyclekarts. It would be really cool if you tried to build some based off of a certain year  or race from Brooklands.
Good luck with the build(s)
