There’s a board track racer waiting on my project list so hopefully I’ll get to build one sometime.   I think there’s lots in common with the ethos of cyclekarting.

The main difficulty with Facebook is the lack of structure, so its hard to find old but useful stuff that’s been posted.   But I know what you mean - fora feel and look so dated. 

This is a boardtrack tribute bike I built over a week or so from an old scrap cg125 at a total cost of £13. It runs great and makes lots of noise but it's not at all comfortable, so I've only used it for short blasts round the pits at Santapod and local classic shows. It gets lots of attention and for some reason local barbers and tattooists what to buy it and put it in their shop windows. I want to try it on a wall of death and/or a shale oval.

There are many old style bicycles used to make Board Track tributes. Any motorbike after about 1930 doesn't look right in my opinion for a board track (and of many other's opinion)
