Difficult Times
« on: 28 March 2020, 03:25:51 pm »
Hi Guys the forum has been very quiet lately probably due to the Virus.  Hope you are well and doing what the government tells us. What is every body doing to keep sane. As I said in my earlier post I can't get at my CK, so it's down to mending the lawn mower and cutting the grass. It's amazing how many jobs Jill can find me to do. Hope you Chaps are being more constructive than me.  Stay Safe everyone and let's hope we can get together again soon.   GRAHAM  A.

Hi Graham. Glad you are keeping well. For me its three things. Beer, wine, whiskey and gin.

Graham hill, that explains why you are not returning calls :)
I'm spending a lot of time in the garage. So far the Saab V4 is close to being driveable , and almost ready for paint, then hopefully a buyer might front.
The Morgan 3 wheeler (1934) is having components refurbished so that it can be turned into a car. About 12 months away.
The Napier is "disconstructed" a little to make space, but near ready to run.
The secret CK is very close to being able to run.

Well I finished the CK over winter and now it's just parked up ready and waiting! So frustrating! [ Guests cannot view attachments ]
So I've dived in to my next project, an Austin Seven special. It's hardly any bigger than a CK! [ Guests cannot view attachments ]
Can't wait for things to improve, take care everyone!

Chris your ERA looks great, love the shade of green you've picked, can't wait to see it in the flesh.
I need weather to improve and then I could finish the alterations to my Masser, and start assembling Xanthus' Vauxhall!
