V8 model Engine

Ok I’m not suggesting trying to use one of these in a CK
But they are beautiful, and fully working miniature DFV V8

Nice.  Couldn’t see how much power they put out or the cost.  Love the sound.

7hp and $13k.   Cheaper than going electric then ;) !

I love the craftsmanship in these, tiny intricate parts needing to be well toleranced and not a terrible price in relative terms for something so low volume.
Thinking into the soundtrack element of CK ,I'd love to knock up a 400cc inline 4 out of a set of 1.5hp alloy Suffolk engines would make a lovely period noise!

Yes do it.  Or even a triple.  Following a spell of watching Allen Millyard grafting engines together with a hacksaw and angle grinder, I  looked into creating a small v twin from Punch engines.   There’s a few videos online but I’ve only found fakes.  I’ve helped a friend put 2 Mobylette engines into one bike but they were coupled not one engine.  The ignition was linked mind - goes faster than is comfortable!

Hmm - you’ve got me thinking now!

I've started on a 3 bearing inline twin to test the theory , would love something like a 10hp straight 6, what a soundtrack that would be! [ Guests cannot view attachments ]
I've got the crank and cam done, just need to get the block line bored
