So is the plan to use Front Pit bike wheels on all 4 corners of Cyclekarts ?

Sorry for sounding daft.  I have Chines Honda 90 wheels on mine.... and Pit bike wheels are new to me .

I had a look at them this evening and they have 35mm o/d bearings meaning 6003's will fit 17mm front axles no problem. A 25mm rear axle will pass through the hub ok but a 30 will need the hub reaming.

Hi again Jim,
Look good - any problems to use these apart from a bearing change (readily available bearings that is)

For a 25mm axle on the back, I use flanged oilite bushes in the rear wheels:
https://www.bearingboys.co.uk/Metric-Flanged-Oilite-Bearings/OBF253516-Flanged-Oilite-Bearing-Bush-6331-p.

They supports the hub on the axle for fixed/keyed wheels and work nicely for a freewheel too.  I'll try to put an updated drawing of the freewheel set-up I've got with pit bike wheels on the Bugatti build journal.
