The Cyclekart Workshop
Founded by Mark Underdown - a seasoned Cyclekarter and Committee member, The Cyclekart Workshop began by supplying leaf springs to address the shortage of essential Cyclekart components. Today, it offers a comprehensive range of precision-made parts designed to help enthusiasts kick-start their builds.

A Pair of Leaf Springs
£126.70 +VAT
Made from the correct grade of spring steel and professionally heat-treated. These springs have been developed for cycle karting, one of the more difficult parts to buy for a cycle kart is the front leaf springs.
These come with bushes and painted black ready to fit to your cycle kart
The bushes accept 10mm bolts which are readily available.
Distance from eye to eye is roughly 590mmThe steel is 4.76mm thick by 38mm wide.
Shock Absorber Kit

Laser cut mild steel plates 1.5mm Mild Steel. Including star washers, pointers, and vinyl stickers!
Just add a friction material of your choice, Teflon, wood, leather are all options!
Set of 6 plates, as used on many UK Cyclekarts.
Ratchet handbrake

Ratchet handbrake kit Suitable for a cyclekart.
A laser cut kit of parts to construct your own ratchet style period correct Handbrake from.
The parts are supplied laser cut for you to complete your own Handbrake using fittings, nuts bolts, springs of your choice.
The flat handle can either have small slabs of wood bonded/bolted to it or you can slide a small piece of steel tubing over it.
Nuts, Bolts and springs are not included.
High Flow Exhaust Flange and bends

A high flow exhaust flange and specially swaged outlet pipe to help your engine breath more easily. Also included are 3 bends which can be cut and welded to create an exhaust pipe which you can add a silencer to.
Very useful for getting the hot exhaust gasses out of your cycle kart engine bay! This fits Honda GX200s and many of the clone engines.
Four Spoke Steering Wheel

Laser cut from 3mm mild 4 spoke steel steering wheel blank
Designed to have wood glued to it and rounded of smooth to make an old
fashioned steering wheel for a cycle kart.
Centre is drilled to fit quick release steering bosses.
